BOWIE, MD, ---After one day of Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association Volleyball Championship Pool Play, Shaw University, St. Augustine's College, North Carolina Central University and Fayetteville State University each advanced to Sunday's semi-finals held at Bowie State University in Bowie, Maryland.
Each team competed in close three-game pool play, with the best two teams from each pool advancing to the 11 a.m. semi-final match.
St. Augustine's College will square off against Fayetteville State University while the Lady Eagles of North Carolina Central University will face Shaw University.
Finals will be at 1p.m. with the awards ceremony to follow.
