WIYLE PETTY NAMED TO DAKTRONICS ALL-AMERICAN TEAM

CHARLOTTE, NC -- Senior Wiyle Petty is a main reason Johnson ĘC. Smith University is in Bakersfield, CA in the Elite Eight. The 6'5" forward is averaging 18.3 ppg. and 4.9 rpg. for the 27-4 Golden Bulls.

He adds 2.3 assists per game and 1.7 steals. Petty's specialty is the three-point shot, making 106 of 236 trifectas. He was named the South Atlantic Regional Tournament Most Valuable Player after earning a spot on the All-Central Intercollegiate Athletic Conference first team.
