North Carolina Central Football Earns
First Round Bye;
Will Host Second Round Regional Game
Hampton, VA… The North Carolina Central University
Eagles, 2005 CIAA Football Champions, have earned a first
round bye and will also host their second-round game in O’Kelly-Riddick
Stadium, Durham, NC on November 19, 2005, 12:00pm.
NCCU moved up two slots to rank second in the region after
their Saturday win against the Bowie State University Bulldogs,
26-23.
The #2 Eagles (10-1) are slated to face the victor of
the #3 Valdosta State (9-2) vs. #6 North Alabama (8-2)
game scheduled for November 12, 12:00 noon in Valdosta,
GA.
