Carl Blair Named New CIAA Volleyball and Softball Officials Coordinator

Hampton, VA… The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association is proud to welcome Carl Blair to the CIAA Family as the Officials Coordinator for both the Volleyball and Softball programs.

Blair, a resident of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, has over 20 years of experience in officiating high school and college athletics. He has officiated with the Carolina Virginia Athletic Conference (CVAC), the Dixie Conference and CIAA for 15 years, and is excited to take on the role of assigning top-tier officials for CIAA regular season games and championships.

“The CIAA holds a very special place in my heart, which is indicated through my many years of service. It is an honor and a privilege to serve this great conference as the Volleyball and Softball Officials Coordinator.” Carl will begin his duties beginning this 2005 volleyball season.
