Falcons and Lady Falcons are going for an unprecedented ninth straight
indoor championship. Key returnees to look for include: Four-time cross country champion Alhajji Alhassan, five-time Division II national champion and 2002 IAAF gold medallist, Senior, Jason Smoots of North Carolina Central, who rewrote history with a 6.25 Men’s 55 Meter Dash finish last year and Anna Teschmaker, an All-American from St. Augustine’s College will return to defend her 55 Meter dash title. This year’s participating schools are: St. Augustine’s College, Livingstone College, Virginia Union University, North Carolina Central University, Shaw University, Virginia State University, Bowie State University, Winston-Salem State University, and St. Paul’s College.
