Best Selling Author, Williams Adds Her Touch to the Women of the CIAAFebruary 16, 2003Terrie Williams, the best selling author of “A Personal Touch-What You Really Need to Succeed in Today’s Fast-Paced Business World” will add her touch to the women participants of the 2003 CIAA Women’s Basketball Tournament, at the annual Tip-Off Banquet, Sunday, February 23, at the Embassy Suites, Cary, North Carolina. Williams is the founder of The Terrie Williams Agency, a public relations firm that has represented celebrities such as Eddie Murphy, Boyz II Men, and one of her first clients, Miles Davis. She has written two other books “Staying Strong: Simple Life Lessons for Teens” and most recently “A Plentiful Harvest: Creating Balance and Harmony through the Seven Living Virtues”. Her Stay Strong Foundation is labeled as a “National Movement to Inspire, Educate and Empower Our Youth”. The theme for the 2003 Tip-Off Women’s Banquet is “Standing Tall in the CIAA”. The evening is in honor of the participants of the 29th CIAA Women’s Basketball Tournament and recognizes the All-Conference players, Player of the Year, selected by the CIAA Women’s Basketball Coaches Association.
