Adesuyi selected on NCAA Division II Management Council

The NCAA has selected Dr. Sunday A. Adesuyi as an at-large representative on the NCAA Division II Management Council.  Dr. Adesuyi's term on the council will run for a period of four years from January 2002 until January 2006.

Dr. Adesuyi is the Chairman of the department of Natural Science and Mathematics and professor of Chemistry at Saint Paul's College, in Lawrenceville, VA.  He also serves as interim Vice-President for Academic Affairs. 

Dr. Adesuyi received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Chemistry from Howard University.    He holds position as First Vice-President for the CIAA Conference and holds the title of Faculty Athletic Representative for Saint Paul's College. 

"I consider serving on this National Council as an honor not only to Saint Paul's College but also to our conference, the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association," he said.
